Bernard D. Coffey (COO): Bernard has been working as the COO for Cullen Properties for the past couple of years and as such he oversees and manages all real estate investment operations. He brings to the company over 14 years of successful operations, project, and portfolio management in various industries. He has an MBA, B.S. and is a certified Project Management Professional. Bernard also has his Texas real estate salesperson license.

Kenneth R. Sturges (CFO): Ken has worked for the Cullen family for 23 years, advising on financial, tax, management and business matters for various oil and gas, real estate and other investments.  Ken has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.  He is a licensed CPA, and started his career working 6 years in Audit for a Big 4 (Big 8 in the 1980’s!) national accounting firm, reviewing and preparing financial statements for private and public entities, primarily in the oil and gas extractive industries.  Ken also has his Texas real estate salesperson license.
