The
Hugh Roy Cullen family has thrived in Texas for more than
100 years, primarily acquiring and developing real estate
property, and developing and producing oil and gas interests.
Cullen Family members have invested in real property all over
Texas and the United States, from ranch land to industrial
property from master-planned communities to multi-family apartment
complexes, and from recreational land to office business centers,
and everything in between.

Crossing subdivision, West Houston on US-290
- Fall
Creek subdivision East houston off Beltway 8 and US-59.
- Firethorne
subdivision, a new development in far west Harris County,
off I-10 near Katy, Texas.
- Cullen
Center, five-building complex including four high-rise office
buildings (which have been sold to the REIT, Trizec Properties)
and the luxury Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Houston, centered
at Jefferson Street and Louisiana Street.
- Silverlake
Subdivision in Pearland, Texas off I-45 South.

A apartments in and around Austin, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix,
Southern California, and others.
Currently
the Cullen family has Texas real estate holdings available
for development or investment in Houston, Cleveland (Liberty
County), Rosharon (Brazoria County), Port Lavaca (Calhoun
County), Shepherd (San Jacinto and Liberty Counties), and
near Hallettsville (Lavaca County), Anahuac(Chambers County),
